- The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is currently unavailable to us due to production issues.
- The Moderna vaccine is a 2-shot vaccination. The second shot must take place AT LEAST 28 days after the first shot. (Only patients ages 18 and up are eligible for the Moderna vaccine).
- Moderna Booster Dose Information:
An additional dose of Moderna may be administered to patients with medical conditions that align with current CDC guidelines.
- A booster dose of 0.25 mL (half the amount of the first two doses) is now available to the following individuals, 6 months after receiving their second dose of Moderna:

18 through 64 years of age at high risk of severe COVID-19

18 through 64 years of age whose frequent institutional or occupational exposure to SARS-CoV-2 puts them at high risk of serious complications of COVID-19 including severe COVID-19
- The Pfizer vaccine is a 2- shot vaccination. The second shot must take place AT LEAST 21 days after the first shot.
- Pfizer Booster Dose Information:
A single Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine booster dose (0.3 mL) may be administered intramuscularly at least 6 months after completing the primary series to individuals:
